The NER's report on May 15th revealed 83 complaints on the Rail Madad app for this train, 66 of which were related to AC issues. The authorities have taken this seriously and have instructed relevant departments to address the complaints and ensure passenger comfort. Travelers can register complaints or suggestions through the 138 helpline or the 182 helpline for security concerns.

Authorities ne ise seriously liya hai aur relevant departments ko instructions diye hain ki complaints ko solve kiya jaaye aur passengers ki suvidha ka dhyaan rakha jaaye. Travelers 138 helpline ya 182 helpline (security related complaints ke liye) par call karke complaints ya suggestions register kar sakte hain.
