It is located 9 meters above ground level and is designed to handle the high pedestrian traffic between the Howrah Metro station (India's deepest at 33m) and Asia's busiest railway station.

CCTV surveillance aur top-down construction methodology ka use kiya gaya hai. Subway lagbhag 100 meters lamba aur 8 se 13 meters chauda hai, aur iska floor area 915 sqm hai. Yeh ground level se 9 meters upar hai, aur isko Howrah Metro station (India ka sabse deep metro station, 33m par) aur Asia ke sabse busy railway station ke beech ke high pedestrian traffic ko handle karne ke liye design kiya gaya hai.
