Barabanki, and Gorakhpur. The Katra, Darshannagar, and Banaras routes were severely affected. The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Lucknow Division of North Railways, Rekha Sharma, confirmed that a team was dispatched to the site to clear the track and minimize disruptions. Passengers experienced inconvenience due to train diversions, and there was confusion at Badshahnagar station regarding the arrival of the 15084 Utsarg Express. Passengers complained about faulty announcements and the station master's lack of clarity regarding train schedules.
