General ki taraf se file ki gayi status report mein Railways ke efforts ko maana hai. Vishal Tiwari ki petition mein June 2023 mein Balasore mein hua train accident ka zikra tha, jisme 288 logon ki jaan gayi thi. Petition mein 'Kavach' ke implementation mein der ko accidents ka ek factor bataya gaya tha. Petition mein ek expert commission banane ki maang ki gayi thi, jo railway system mein safety ko check kare aur 'Kavach' ko jaldi se implement karne ke liye kadam uthaye. Court ne petition ke review ke baad Railways ke safety measures ko appreciate kiya.
