counter ke paas bhi video conferencing facility lagayi gayi hai. Unreserved ticket lene wale yaatri is facility se train ki jaankari le sakte hai. Is se south side se train pakadne aane wale yaatriyon ko aasan hogi. Unko ticket lene ke baad video conferencing system se train aur platform ki jaankari mil jayegi.
