facility shuru ki gayi thi, par uske baad bhi ticket counter pe yaatriyon ki bheed kam nahi hui. Isse kaafi baar yaatriyon ki train chhoot jati thi. Yaatriyon ki suvidha ke liye, railway QR code ki facility shuru kar raha hai. QR code se ticket kharidne pe, yaatri ko screen pe apna ticket detail, kiraya payment amount aur ek unique QR code dikhega. Yaatri apne mobile phone se is QR code ko scan karke dikhaye gaye kiraya amount ka payment kar sakte hain. Isse yaatriyon ko cash rakhne ki jarurat nahi rahegi, time bachega, transactions me transparency aayegi aur railway ko apna rail revenue manage karne mein madad milegi. Senior DCM Rekha Sharma ne bataya ki QR code scan facility ek mahine ke andar Maan Belhadevi Junction pe shuru ho jayegi. Isse yaatriyon ko ticket counter pe lambi lines me lagne ki zarurat nahi rahegi, aur kharch ka jhanjhat bhi khatam ho jayega.
