features concrete floating pontoons, built to ensure safe boarding and disembarking regardless of tide, as opposed to traditional floating pontoons which could pose risks at the terminal's location at the confluence of the Arabian Sea and backwaters. The terminal also boasts a completed marine platform for receiving boats and is nearing completion on the terminal building. The Kochi Water Metro aims to reduce pollution and traffic congestion in Kochi by connecting 10 islands through 15 routes spanning 78 km, benefiting over 33,000 islanders.

Fort Kochi terminal pe concrete floating pontoons banaye gaye hain, jisse tide ke upar-niche hone ke bawjood safe boarding aur disembarking ho sake, kyunki traditional floating pontoons Arabian Sea aur backwaters ke milne waali jagah pe risk ban sakte hain. Terminal pe boats ko receive karne ke liye ek marine platform bhi ban chuka hai, aur terminal building ka construction bhi almost complete ho chuka hai. Kochi Water Metro ka aim Kochi mein pollution aur traffic congestion ko kam karna hai, iske liye 10 islands ko 15 routes ke through connect kiya jaayega, jo ki 78 km tak spread hain aur isse 33,000 se zyada islanders ko fayda hoga.
