railway track at Saraswati Nagar station today to get their demand fulfilled. The BKU's district president, Sanju Gundiana, said that residents of the area have been demanding a halt for passenger trains at Saraswati Nagar railway station for a long time. He said they had submitted a memorandum to the Indian Railways, held maha panchayats and blocked the tracks. He further said that the Indian Railways had assured them of fulfilling the demand but to no avail. After the meeting with the BKU delegation, the DC has written to the higher officials of the Indian Railways regarding their demand.

Unhone kaha ki unhone Indian Railways ko gyaapan diya hai, maha panchayaten ki hain aur patariyan block ki hain. Unhone aage kaha ki Indian Railways ne unhe maang puri karne ka assurance diya tha, lekin koi fayda nahi hua. BKU delegation ke saath baithak ke baad, DC ne Indian Railways ke high officials ko unki maang ke sambandh me likha hai.
