Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer of the NCR, from the Chairman of the Railway Board, Jaya Verma Sinha. The General Manager of NCR, Ravindra Goyal, congratulated the Chief Rajbhasha Officer, Manish Gupta, for securing the second place in the entire Indian Railways. According to CPRO Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, NCR had received the Railway Minister's Rajbhasha Shield last year. This makes it the second consecutive year that the North Central Railway has secured a ministry-level award, setting a new record.
