Dangoaposi. The memorandum, signed by land owners from Amadaia and Dakuwa forests, had four key demands. Firstly, they requested immediate employment and compensation for 18 land owners from Amadaia and 8 from Dakuwa forest, whose land was acquired for the expansion project. Secondly, they demanded immediate demarcation of the land acquired from 7 land owners in Dakuwa forest, whose land is yet to be demarcated, and subsequent employment and compensation. Thirdly, they protested the placement of 200 land owners from Kharagpur Division in West Bengal in the Chakradharpur Railway Division, demanding their immediate relocation to their home division and prioritization of local residents for employment in the Chakradharpur division. Finally, they requested employment for dependents of deceased railway employees, along with compensation, and the elimination of commission charges in the settlement process.

aur Dakuwa jungle ke jamin malikon ne apne char-sutri mang patra mein kaha ki unhe third line vistar ke liye jamin prapt karne wale 18 Amadaia ke aur 8 Dakuwa jungle ke jamin malikon ko turant naukri aur muavza dena chahiye. Dusra, unhone Dakuwa jungle mein 7 jamin malikon ki jamin ka turant seemaankhan karne ki maang ki, jiska seemaankhan abhi tak nahin hua hai, aur uske baad naukri aur muavza dene ki maang ki. Teesra, unhone West Bengal ke Kharagpur Division ke 200 jamin malikon ko Chakradharpur Railway Division mein niyukti dene ka virodh kiya, aur unhe turant apne ghar division mein relocate karne aur Chakradharpur division mein naukri ke liye local logon ko priority dene ki maang ki. Aakhir mein, unhone mar gaye railway karmchariyon ke aashriton ko naukri aur muavza dene ki aur settlement process mein commission charge ko khatam karne ki maang ki.
