The project, initially planned for completion in October 2021, faced delays due to COVID-19 and other issues. The plant cost approximately INR 310 crore and will save the railway an estimated INR 360 crore over 25 years, as the cost of solar power is significantly lower than conventional power sources. The railway aims to generate 20% of its power from green sources, and the plant will be operated by the construction company for 27 years, ensuring maintenance and continuous operation. The plant is part of a larger initiative by the railway to install solar panels at stations, buildings, and vacant land.

se apne use ke liye le leta hai. Ye project October 2021 mein complete hona tha, par COVID-19 aur aur issues ke wajah se ek saal delay ho gaya. Is plant ki cost 310 crore INR hai, aur isse 25 saalon mein 360 crore INR ki bachat hogi, kyunki solar power ki cost traditional sources se kam hai. Railway ka aim hai ki apne total power ka 20% green energy se generate kare, aur yeh plant 27 saalon ke liye construction company operate karegi, jisse maintenance aur continuous operation ensured hogi. Yeh plant railway ke ek bada initiative ka part hai jisme stations, buildings aur vacant land pe solar panels install kiye ja rahe hain.
