The police confirmed that the deceased was Vijay Mishra, who resided in PG I Ekta Nagar, after contacting his wife Madhu. Madhu informed the police that Vijay left home without informing anyone at around 6:30 am on Thursday. The police are investigating the incident to determine if it was an accident or suicide. Local residents reported that Vijay was hit by a train while crossing the railway tracks.
