They argue that the station should be built in Kodi because it is directly connected to the world's highest railway bridge over the Chenab River, which has one end in Bakkal and the other in Kodi. The residents presented a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) demanding the construction of the station in Kodi, who assured them that he would raise the matter with the railway authorities.

Logon ne argue kiya ki Kodi mein station banna chahiye kyonki woh Chenab River par banaye gaye dunia ke sabse unche railway bridge se directly connect hai, jiska ek taraf Bakkal aur dusra taraf Kodi hai. Logon ne DC ko memorandum submit kiya aur Kodi mein railway station banane ki demand ki. DC ne logon ko bharosa diya ki woh railway authority se baat karenge aur is maamle ko logon ke hak mein laane ki koshish karenge.
