Chennai-Mysuru Vande Bharat to run on all days till March 27 - Star of Mysore

The Vande Bharat Express train running between Mysuru and Chennai via Bengaluru will operate daily from February 7th to March 27th, 2024. Train numbers 06037 (Chennai to Mysuru) and 06038 (Mysuru to Chennai) will both run on Wednesdays during this period. The train covers a distance of 500 km in 6 hours and 25 minutes. It has commercial stoppages at Katpadi and KSR Bengaluru. Meanwhile, SWR is considering operationalizing semi-high-speed trains on the Chennai-Bengaluru-Mysuru route, which would run at 200 km/h. This would require strengthening existing tracks, laying new tracks in some areas, and installing new signaling systems. The Vande Bharat Express has been a success, operating with 100% occupancy since its launch in November 2022.

Train 500 km ki distance 6 hours aur 25 minutes mein cover karta hai. Ismein Katpadi aur KSR Bengaluru pe commercial stoppages hain. Iske saath hi, SWR Chennai-Bengaluru-Mysuru route pe semi-high-speed trains chalaane ka bhi soch raha hai, jo 200 km/h ki speed se chalega. Iske liye existing tracks ko strong karna, kuchh jagah pe new tracks lay karna, aur new signaling systems install karna padhega. Vande Bharat Express ek success raha hai, November 2022 mein launch ke baad se 100% occupancy ke saath chal raha hai.
