letter mein bataaya hai ki jis teesri line mein Tapas Biswas patrolling kar raha tha, usmein dono taraf se trains chalti hai aur us line ki patrolling ke liye Tapas jaise new track maintainer ko akele duty pe lagaya gaya tha, jo ki chinta ka vishay hai. Track maintainers ko akele patrolling duty par lagana ghatak siddh ho raha hai. Rail karmi vanshkshetra, jungle animals aur Maoist areas mein mausam se ladte hue 20-20 km akele patrolling ki duty kaise kar payenge, is par vichar manthan ki jarurat hai. Unhone kaha ki track maintainer ki suraksha ko dhyan mein rakhte hue Chakradharpur Rail Mandal mein track patrolling system ki review ki jaani chahiye.
