rains ne situation ko aur bhi kharab kar diya hai, jiske wajah se underpasses mein 10-foot deep waterlogging ho gaya hai. Underpasses ka kaam Friday se start hone wala hai, Palani underpass June mein aur Chennai underpass August mein complete hone ki umeed hai.
