on leave, excessive work hours, lack of safety kits for track maintainers since 2019, lack of safety equipment to prevent run-overs during duty, delays in promotions, irregularities in the Intact quota exam, deductions in kilometers for loco pilots and guards on coal sidings, vacancies in the railway, and work pressure. The meeting was chaired by BR Singh and conducted by general secretary Mrityunjay Kumar. It was stated that if all railway employees unite, the OPS (Old Pension Scheme) would be restored. During the meeting, Sanjiv Kumar (Track Maintainer) was appointed as the Branch Secretary, Manovinoad (Loco Pilot) as the President, and Shambhu Kumar (Tech) as the Branch Secretary of Patratu Branch 2. Several other railway employees were also present, including Rajesh Kumar, Avdesh Gupta, Shravan Gupta, GSP Singh, Prabhat Kumar, Amrendra Kumar, Sunil Kumar Sav, Sunil Kumar Singh, and Sanjiv Kumar Aditya.

jaise ki chutti pe restrictions, zyada working hours, 2019 se track maintainers ke liye safety kit, shoes-moze, winter jacket, reflective jacket na diya jana, duty ke time run-overs se bachne ke liye life saving equipments, promotions mein delay, Intact quota exam mein gadbadi, loco pilots and guards ke liye coal siding kilometers mein katori, railway mein vacancies, and work pressure. Meeting ki अध्यक्षता BR Singh ne ki aur general secretary Mrityunjay Kumar ne conduct kiya. Kaha gaya ki agar saare railway employees ekjut ho jaayein toh OPS (Old Pension Scheme) restore ho jaayegi.
