The meeting was chaired by BR Singh and conducted by general secretary Mrityunjay Kumar. It was stated that if all railway employees unite, the OPS (Old Pension Scheme) would be restored. During the meeting, Sanjiv Kumar (Track Maintainer) was appointed as the Branch Secretary, Manovinoad (Loco Pilot) as the President, and Shambhu Kumar (Tech) as the Branch Secretary of Patratu Branch 2. Several other railway employees were also present, including Rajesh Kumar, Avdesh Gupta, Shravan Gupta, GSP Singh, Prabhat Kumar, Amrendra Kumar, Sunil Kumar Sav, Sunil Kumar Singh, and Sanjiv Kumar Aditya.
