Several trains have been canceled due to ongoing blockages for maintenance and remodeling work. This includes the cancellation of several trains on the Barabanki-Ayodhya-Shahganj-Jafrabad route due to remodeling work. The route for the Gorakhpur-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express has been changed from December 19 to January 15, 2024, due to the blockages. Additionally, several trains have been canceled due to foggy conditions, affecting routes between Gorakhpur-Varanasi City, Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Terminal, Amritsar-Banmankhi, and Jaynagar-Amritsar.

Board ka kehna hai ki sudden train cancel hone se confirmed ticket wale passengers ko bahut problem hoti hai. Maintenance and remodeling work ke liye block lage hue hain. Iske chalte Barabanki-Ayodhya-Shahganj-Jafrabad route pe bhi kai trains cancel ho gayi hain. Gorakhpur-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express ka route bhi December 19 se January 15, 2024 tak change kar diya gaya hai. Foggy conditions ke chalte 29 February tak 16 trains cancel kar di gayi hain aur 18 trains ke ferron me reduction kar diya gaya hai. Gorakhpur-Varanasi City, Gorakhpur-Anand Vihar Terminal, Amritsar-Banmankhi, aur Jaynagar-Amritsar route pe bhi trains cancel hue hain.
