Officer, Dr. RK Rajoria, stated that once the railway provides a location and sends a request, an ambulance will be made available. This lack of coordination between health and railway authorities is causing inconvenience to passengers. Additionally, a request for four new ambulances for the Bhitawar and Hastinapur blocks was sent to NHM, but no further communication has been made since, even though Bhitawar needs three and Hastinapur requires one. The station director will be contacted to determine the location and availability for an ambulance.

ne kaha hai ki railway jagah de aur letter bhej de, hum jaldi se ambulance arrange kar denge. Health aur railway management ke beech coordination ki kami se logon ko pareshani ho rahi hai. Iske alawa, Bhitawar aur Hastinapur blocks mein chaar naye ambulance ke liye NHM ko proposal bheja gaya tha, lekin uske baad koi bhi follow-up nahin hua, Bhitawar ko teen aur Hastinapur ko ek ambulance ki jarurat hai. Station director se baat karke aage ka decision liya jayega. Ambulance khari karne ke liye kya jagah hai aur kya available hai yeh bhi dekha jayega.
