from the concerned company repaired the lift. The issue was a locked control panel software, which required a three-day process involving rewiring and panel replacement. The platform serves trains like Kalka Express, Sangam Express, Okha Express, and trains to Gwalior, while other trains like the Shatabdi Express from Kanpur and Lucknow to Delhi halt on platform number two.
