'File TDR' option select karein, relevant ticket choose karein, aur refund ke liye reason select karein. Refund 60 dinon ke andar process ho jayega. Agar aapke pass connecting train ticket hai aur aap pehli train ke delay hone ke karan dusri train miss kar dete hain, to aap full refund ke liye eligible hain. Dono journey ke liye PNR (Passenger Name Record) same hona chahiye, aur passenger ka naam, umar, aur gender match karna chahiye. Sirf confirm ya partially confirm tickets eligible hain, aur main journey aur connecting journey ke beech ka time difference 5 dinon se zyada nahi hona chahiye.

Only on connecting journey ticket or linked tickets, one can get refund. In single journey tickets, no refund unless train is late by 3 hrs or more.
