coach B-5 were particularly affected. Complaints were also made about luggage obstructing the passage in coach B-3. The train's monitoring has been poor, leading to such incidents. While the railway authorities responded to complaints on 'Rail Madad', providing new bedrolls after an hour, the lack of action against the responsible staff raises concerns about the overall management of the train.

attendant ko complain karne par bhi koi fayda nahin hua. B-5 coach mein to sabhi passengers ko ganda bedroll mila. Iske alawa, B-3 coach ke darwaze par itna saamaan rakha gaya ki passengers ko B-4 se nikalna pada. Train ki monitoring sahi nahin ho rahi hai, jisse aisi problems aa rahi hai. Rail Madad par complain karne par, railway authorities ne ek ghanta baad naya bedroll diya. Par, dooshiyon par action nahin hone se, train management ke bare mein sawal uth rahe hain.
