This interest is calculated at 2% above the SBI Highest MCLR from April 2019 until possession is handed over. Institutional investments in Indian real estate surged by 31% year-on-year to $4.61 billion in the first nine months of 2024, according to Vestian's report. This rise is attributed to strong consumer demand and confidence in India's economic growth.
