Kumar Jha, held rallies in the Railway MEMU Shed, KTRU Lobby, TRD, Railway Hospital, and Electrical Department at Jhajha, appealing for support from railway employees. Jha asserted that only the ECRMS can secure the old pension scheme (OPS) for employees, alleging that other recognized federations have already betrayed employees' trust by expressing their support for OPS. The election will determine which organization gains recognition as the official union, with the winning organization gaining the support of a majority of railway employees and recognition from the Ministry of Railways.

leadership mein, Jhajha mein Railway MEMU Shed, KTRU Lobby, TRD, Railway Hospital, aur Electrical Department mein rallies ki, aur railway employees se support ki appeal ki. Jha ne claim kiya ki sirf ECRMS hi employees ke liye old pension scheme (OPS) dilwa sakta hai, aur doosre recognized federations ne pehle hi OPS ke liye support diya tha, jisse employees ka vishwas toot gaya. Election se yeh decide hoga ki kaun organization official union banta hai, aur jiske paas majority of railway employees ka support hoga, woh Ministry of Railways se recognition bhi paayenge.
