Chakradharpur's director, spoke about the significance of the Kartik month, its rituals, and the importance of offering donations. He emphasized that Kartik is a sacred month when Lord Krishna was tied in a mortar by Mother Yashoda, making it an ideal time for devotion and spiritual practice. Devotees lit lamps and chanted the Ashtakam Path, with prasadam distributed afterwards. ISKCON Chakradharpur plans to organize another event with similar activities on the following Saturday, inviting devotees to participate.
