an average resolution time of 44 minutes. Feedback is collected from passengers after resolution to further enhance service quality. During the first quarter of the current financial year (April-June 2024), 12,263 complaints were resolved within an average of 46 minutes, while the second quarter (July-September 2024) saw the resolution of 10,398 complaints within an average of 43 minutes.

aur unka niptara karna aasan aur tez ho gaya hai. 17 June se 11 October, 2024 tak 12,858 shikayaton ko solve kiya gaya hai aur average resolution time 44 minutes hai. Service quality ko aur behtar banane ke liye, shikayat solve hone ke baad passengers se feedback liya ja raha hai. Current financial year ki pehli quarter (April-June 2024) mein 12,263 shikayaton ka average 46 minutes mein niptara kiya gaya, aur dusri quarter (July-September 2024) mein 10,398 shikayaton ka average 43 minutes mein niptara kiya gaya.
