investigating track and building maintenance work done by Satyam during his two-year tenure in Varanasi. The contractor from Gorakhpur who filed the complaint has gone incommunicado after Satyam's arrest. The CBI conducted a raid on the Divisional Railway Manager's office in Lahartara on Tuesday and arrested Satyam, seizing two lakh rupees from him. Further raids were conducted at his rented flat in Lakhrawan (Bhelupur) and his home in Chunar (Mirzapur), where jewelry, cash, luxury items, and property documents were recovered.
