Amitabh stated that there is a considerable demand for trains, and all proposals are carefully studied, their economic viability assessed, and reports submitted to the Railway Board for approval of new trains or stoppages. Several organizations presented memorandums to Amitabh, requesting various railway improvements. The Hanumangarh District Passenger Association and the Retail Kirana Association, led by Ashok Vyas, demanded regular operation of trains 22982 and 22981 via Hanumangarh, a new train from Bikaner to Haridwar via Hanumangarh, senior citizen fare concessions, completion of the under-construction FOB on platform number 1, and the construction of platforms 4 and 5. The Hanumangarh Railway Washing Line Construction Struggle Committee, led by Narayan Agarwal and Pyare Lal Bansal, sought changes to the timings of train 04703 and 04704, a new train from Hanumangarh Junction to Ramdevra Runecha at 8 PM, extension of train 014734/33 to Hanumangarh Junction, construction of another washing line in Nawain village, and declaration of Hanumangarh railway station as a sub-divisional railway division. The Trade Association requested double-lining of the Bathinda-Birthalwal and Sadulpur-Hanumangarh sections, a new railway line from Hanumangarh to Sardarshahar, expansion of platform number 6 by widening the second entry window, a direct route from the second entry gate to Kacheri Road, and operation of the Sri Ganganagar to Kota train from Hanumangarh on all seven days of the week.
