विश्वस्तरीय जंक्शन की डिजाइन में बड़ा बदलाव, छोटा होगा कॉनकोर्स

The design of the concourse at Muzaffarpur Junction has been revised. Its length will be reduced from 108 meters to 72 meters, which will also reduce the seating capacity for passengers. The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has implemented this change. During a review of the Muzaffarpur Junction upgrade project, the...

General Manager (GM) of the East Central Railway (ECR) instructed the RLDA to reduce the concourse's length. This change was made to the project's construction plan for the first time. Following the reduction in length, RLDA and construction agency engineers surveyed the site on Saturday to assess the new design. The construction of the concourse has begun on the southern side of the station, with half a dozen piling operations already completed. The ongoing piling is expected to remain unaffected by the change. The GM also expressed concern about the slow progress of the construction work during the review. To expedite the project, RLDA has requested a block on platform one for construction purposes and has asked the Railway Protection Force (RPF) post, the commercial department office, the Chief Commercial Inspector (CCI) office, and the Ticket Examiner (TTE) office to vacate the space. The Combined Building Terminal (CBT) at Pampu Pokhar is expected to be completed next month, after which these departments will be relocated there. Once the block on platform one is granted, the construction agency can commence building the main building.

Muzaffarpur Junction pe world class banane ke design mein bada badlaav aaya hai. Junction pe banne wala concourse chhota kiya jaayega. Purv aur paschim se 18-18 meter kam kiya jaayega. Pehle 108 meter lamba concourse banana tha jo ab 72 meter lamba hoga. Isse concourse pe rail travellers ke baithne ki...

capacity bhi pehle ki tulna mein kaafi kam ho jaayegi. RLDA aur construction agency ke engineers ne Saturday ko concourse ke new design ke saath jagah ka survey kiya. Concourse ka construction bhi junction ke dakshin side se start ho gaya hai aur aadha dozen piling bhi ho gayi hai. GM ne review mein construction ki speed slow hone par kaam jaldi karne ka instruction diya tha. Iske baad RLDA ne platform one par construction ke liye railway se block maanga hai aur RPF post, commercial department office, CCI office, and TTE office ko khali karne ka aagraah kiya hai. Pampu Pokhar mein CBT ka construction next month pura ho jaayega, uske baad yeh departments wahaan shift kiye jaayenge. Platform one pe block milne ke baad main building ka construction bhi agency shuru kar sakegi.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
