train was dispatched from Kanpur Central, and a passenger assistance center was established at the station. The Railway administration provided alternative transport for passengers via buses and a special train. Additionally, several trains were canceled or had their routes altered due to the derailment. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw stated that the derailment occurred due to an object on the track, and investigations by the IB and UP Police are ongoing.

Kanpur Central se ek relief train ko maidan par bheja gaya hai aur station par yatriyon ki madad ke liye ek centre bhi khol diya gaya hai. Railway administration ne yatriyon ke liye buses aur special train se alternate transport ki vyavastha ki hai. Iske alawa, derailment ki wajah se kai trains cancel kar di gayi hain ya unke routes badal diye gaye hain. Rail Mantri Ashwini Vaishnaw ne bataya ki derailment track par rakhi koi cheez se engine ke takraye ki wajah se hua hai aur IB aur UP Police is par jaanch kar rahe hain.
