The state boasts a total investment of Rs. 68,059 crore in railway development. Significant progress has been made with 97% electrification, 246 Kms of track laid annually (vs. 70 Kms previously), and 709 RoBs & RuBs constructed. Additionally, 109 'One Station One Product' stalls and 72 stations are being upgraded under the Amrit Bharat station scheme.
