Acquisition of land for Aerocity-Tughlakabad Delhi Metro corridor gets L-G nod

a year, easing travel between Southeast Delhi and the airport and addressing traffic congestion on the Mehrauli-Badarpur road. Additionally, the L-G has authorized the transfer of 1,600 sq m of land from the education department to the DMRC for one year at a rental cost of Rs 13.37 lakh. This land will be used to build an interchange station connecting the R K Ashram-Majlis Park and Indraprastha-Inder Lok Metro corridors. This underground station, named Nabi Karim Metro Station, will be built at Idgah Road and will be returned to the education department upon completion.

airport tak ka travel aasan ho jaayega aur Mehrauli-Badarpur road par traffic jam ki problem bhi khatam ho jaayegi.
