Bengaluru Metro to Install Platform Screen Doors for Enhanced Safety

To improve safety and prevent passenger accidents, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) is installing platform screen doors (PSDs) at two busy stations: Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Interchange at Majestic and Sir M. Regarding last-mile connectivity, BMTC operates 178 buses from 38 stations, completing 2,393 trips daily. BMRCL is also exploring corporate shuttle services to improve connectivity. Future projects mein unmanned trains, airport line ke liye funding bhi chahiye.
