The Divisional Commercial Manager, S Bhartiyan, inspected the pantry car of the Azad Hind Express, various catering stalls, and the base kitchen at Vyapar Vihar, while Assistant Commercial Manager Anupam Datta checked the cleanliness of the pantry car of the Shalimar-Porbandar Express. The inspection included evaluating the quality of packed food, availability of Rail Neer, manufacturing and expiry dates, personal hygiene of staff, and the cleanliness of the pantry car. The presence of necessary equipment, licenses, medical certificates, and identity cards of staff were also scrutinized. All locations were evaluated meticulously to ensure food was prepared according to hygiene standards. Staff involved in cleaning and catering services were instructed to strictly adhere to cleanliness regulations. Special emphasis was placed on cleanliness in base kitchens and pantry cars to provide passengers with clean and safe food. Employees were also instructed to sell items at the designated rates and maintain courteous behaviour with customers. Separate dustbins for dry and wet waste were also instructed for regular waste disposal.

Safai karamchari aur khanapaan seva se jude karmchariyon ko safai niyamo ka strictly palan karne ke nirdesh diye gaye. Base kitchen aur pantry cars mein saaf-safai ko high priority di gayi hai, jisse passengers ko swachch aur safe food mil sake. Employees ko nirधारित daron par saman bechne aur customers ke saath achche vyavhaar ka palan karne ke nirdesh bhi diye gaye. Iske alawa, sooke aur geete kachre ke nishpadan ke liye alag-alag dustbin set available rakhne aur kachre ke regular nipatan ki hidayat di gayi.
