On September 8th, a cylinder was placed on the tracks near Shivrajpur in Kanpur, aiming to derail the Kalindi Express. The driver, noticing the cylinder, slowed down and prevented a major accident. Over 48,000 mobile numbers were active in the area at the time of the incident, some of which have been traced back to Delhi, Agra, and Aligarh. The investigation has revealed that 5,000 of these numbers were registered using fake IDs, making tracing them difficult. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities examining CCTV footage and interviewing over 270 people, including those from 18 villages. The incident prompted a response from the authorities, who are investigating the possibility of a terrorist plot, but no arrests have been made.

Jaanch mein pata chala hai ki 5,000 mobile number fake ID pe register kiye gaye the, jisse unhe trace karna mushkil ho gaya. Jaanch jari hai, aur authorities CCTV footage dekh rahe hain aur 270 se zyada logo se poochhtachh kar rahe hain, jisme 18 gaon ke log bhi shamil hain. Is incident ne authorities ko terrorist plot ki sambhavna ke bare mein jaanch karne pe majboor kiya hai, lekin abhi tak koi bhi giraftaar nahi kiya gaya hai.
