छितौनी-तमकुही रोड नई रेल लाइन के लिए सर्वे को मंजूरी

The Indian Railways board has approved the survey for a new railway line between Chitauni and Tamkuhi Road, which is part of the Gorakhpur-Lakhnau route. This project was allocated 10 crore rupees in the 2023 budget. The construction of this line was initially started in 2006 but was halted in 2012...

after completion of the section between Panyahwa and Chitauni. This new allocation will allow the remaining section to be completed. The project will connect Gorakhpur-Panyahwa-Chitauni and Tamkuhi Road, benefiting the residents of Kushinagar, including Khadda, Padrauna and Tamkuhiraj tehsils, as well as the neighboring districts of West Champaran and Gopalganj in Bihar. This region currently has limited transportation options, forcing people to travel to Padrauna or Bagaha for train services. Due to the prolonged stoppage of the project, a new survey will be conducted. Additionally, 200 crores have been allocated for the Sahjanwa-Dohrighat line (81.17 km) and 450 crores for the Anand Nagar-Ghugli via Maharajganj line (50 km). These lines will create an alternative route for Gorakhpur station, allowing trains bound for Bihar to utilize the Bhani-Anand Nagar route. A further 450 crore rupees have been allotted for the Bahraich-Khalilabad via Bhinga-Shravasti-Balrampur-Utraula-Dumriaganj-Mehdawal-Bansi line (240.26 km), which will connect Nepal border areas directly to Gorakhpur.

Gorakhpur-Lakhnau route pe chauthi line ke liye survey ko approval milne ke baad, board ne Chitauni-Tamkuhi Road new railway line ke liye bhi survey pe sammati di hai. Is project ke liye July me aaye budget mein 10 crore rupees allocate kiye gaye the. 2006 me is line ka construction shuru...

hua tha, par 2012 me Panyahwa se Chitauni tak ka section complete hone ke baad kam ruk gaya. Is new allocation se baki ka section complete ho sakega. Ye project Gorakhpur-Panyahwa-Chitauni aur Tamkuhi Road ko connect karega, jisse Kushinagar ke Khadda, Padrauna aur Tamkuhiraj tehsils ke residents ko faida hoga, saath hi Bihar ke West Champaran aur Gopalganj district ke logon ko bhi. Is region me transport facility bahut kam hai, isliye logon ko train pakad ne ke liye Padrauna ya Bagaha jaana padta hai. Kyunki project bahut time se band hai, isliye is route pe dobara survey karne ka faisla liya gaya hai. Saath hi, Sahjanwa-Dohrighat line (81.17 km) ke liye 200 crore rupees allocate kiye gaye hain, aur Anand Nagar-Ghugli via Maharajganj line (50 km) ke liye 450 crore rupees diye gaye hain. Ye dono lines Gorakhpur station ke liye ek alternative route banayengi, jisse Bihar jaane wali trains Bhani-Anand Nagar route se chalai ja sakti hain. Bahraich-Khalilabad via Bhinga-Shravasti-Balrampur-Utraula-Dumriaganj-Mehdawal-Bansi line (240.26 km) ke liye bhi 450 crore rupees allocate kiye gaye hain, jisse Nepal border ke ilaqe directly Gorakhpur se judege.
