sentenced him to death on March 16, 2023. According to the FIR, Pawan Kumar used to go to the house of railway employee Ashok Ram to get milk. On the night of August 17, 2019, he went to get milk and had an argument with Ashok. The argument escalated, and Pawan opened fire on the family members. Ashok Ram, his wife Lila Devi, and their pregnant daughter Varsha Devi died in the shooting. His daughter Suman Devi and son Sanjay Ram were injured. After the incident, Pawan left his pistol at the barracks and fled. He was arrested by police from Bhojpur on March 21, 2020.

surakshit rakh liya tha. Ramgarh ki nichlI adaalat ne 16 March 2023 ko use faansi ki saza sunayi thi. FIR ke mutabik Pawan Kumar relkarmi Ashok Ram ke ghar doodh lene jata tha. 17 August 2019 ki raat bhi woh doodh lene gaya tha. Issi dauraan uska Ashok se vivaad ho gaya. Baat itni badh gayi ki Pawan ne parivar ke sadasyo par andhadhundh firing shuru kar di. Is golikaand mein Ashok Ram, unki patni Lila Devi aur garbhavatI beti Varsha Devi ki maut ho gayi. Wahi beti Suman Devi aur beta Sanjay Ram ghayal ho gaye. Iske baad Pawan pistol barrack mein chhodkar bhaag gaya. Police ne 21 March 2020 ko use Bhojpur se girftaar kiya tha.
