The station's security will be enhanced with special forces, metal detectors, over 200 CCTV cameras, a dog squad, and a women's force for extra safety. The station will also offer health facilities, including a health camp and a help center. Choubey ordered the replacement of mobile charger points in the second-class waiting area and the termination of the cleaning agency due to poor hygiene in toilets and bathrooms. A separate counter will be added for the UTS system, and train timings will be adjusted to provide extra time at SultanGanj for all mail and express trains during the mela.
