Passengers face difficulties boarding and disembarking trains due to the lack of a platform, particularly for women, children, and elderly individuals. Halt pe Jhargram, Hatia Bardwan, aur Vananchal, Alleppey, Baba Dham, Janshatabdi, Hatia-Patna, Purushottam, Shatabdi, Jaynagar, aur Maurya jaise kai express aur local trains rukti hain. Platform nahi hone ki wajah se passengers ko trains mein chadne-utne mein bahut dikkat hoti hai, khaas karke women, children aur old people ko. Halt mein baithne aur pani peene ki bhi suvidha nahi hai. Ticket counter ke liye kai baar protest bhi hua hai, lekin koi faida nahi hua. Passengers ki convenience ke liye railway administration ka dhyaan nahi hai.
