एक बर्थ पर दो रिजर्वेशन! ट्रेन में हो गया दंगल, रेल मंत्रालय को देना पड़ा दखल, DRM ने बोला सॉरी, जानें माजरा

A passenger named Randir Kaur booked a confirmed AC 2 tier ticket from Ranchi to Patna on the Hatia-Patna Islampur Express. 62). This caused a dispute between the two passengers when both arrived at the same berth. Kaur escalated the issue to the Railway Ministry through a tweet, prompting the DRM to intervene. The DRM apologized to Kaur for the inconvenience and upgraded her to a Third AC Economy class berth (berth number 44). The DRM attributed the confusion to a technical issue that prevented Kaur from receiving a message about her berth upgrade. The incident was resolved after Kaur was provided with her upgraded berth, and the DRM assured that the railway team is dedicated to ensuring the smooth travel experience of passengers.
