India Railway Men's Federation, praised the WCREU's efforts in organizing the youth, particularly their leadership against the NPS. He urged the youth to play a significant role in the federation's campaign for the restoration of the old pension scheme. J.R. Bhosale, Executive President of the All India Railway Men's Federation, also commended the youth for the successful organization of the event. The conference's keynote speaker, Mukesh Galav, the General Secretary of the WCREU, expressed pride in the zone's young employees and assured them of the union's support in their development. He emphasized that the youth are the union's strength and encouraged them to fight for their demands in a united manner. The conference was also addressed by the zonal president, the working president, assistant secretaries, vice-president, and other young comrades. Before the conference, a large rally was organized from Bhopal Railway Station to the CRWS community building, led by Shiv Gopal Mishra and Mukesh Galav. Young railway employees, dressed in red and carrying red flags, enthusiastically chanted slogans. The rally passed through the station area and the main roads of the railway colony, where it was welcomed by hundreds of railway employees. During the conference, a 70-member zonal youth executive committee was formed, with Manish Bhagat from Bhopal as the youth coordinator, Manish Meena from Kota as the zonal president, Manish Sharma from Jabalpur as the zonal secretary, and Gulab Sharma from Kota as the working president. Mukesh Galav felicitated the new committee with a garland. Over 3000 young railway employees, including over 1000 women and youth comrades from Kota division, participated in the rally and the youth conference.
