Silawat emphasized Indore's status as Madhya Pradesh's economic capital, rapidly developing into a metropolitan city. He also highlighted the importance of expanding railway facilities in anticipation of the 2028 Simhastha Mahaparv, a religious gathering expected to draw a large number of pilgrims. Specific demands in the memorandum included running the Indore-Amritsar train three days a week, making the Indore-New Delhi train (20957/58) a daily service, restarting the morning DEMU train between Mahu-Fatehabad, extending the Gwalior Express to Neemuch (train number 11125/26), and granting permission for constructing Road Over Bridges (ROBs) near Mangaliya and Singapur Township. Additionally, he advocated for making Fatehabad Railway Station a model station. The existing Gwalior Express train's rack currently remains idle in Ratlam for five hours.

Unhone ek memorandum submit kiya jisme saare passenger ki jaroorat batayi gayi, jiske baad Vaishnaw ne railway officer ko physical verification karne ka kaha. Silawat ne yeh baat bhi batayi ki Indore Madhya Pradesh ka economic capital hai, aur woh bahut jaldi metropolitan city ban raha hai. Unhone 2028 mein hone waale Simhastha Mahaparv ke liye bhi railway facility ko behtar banane ki maang ki, kyonki isme bahut saare pilgrims aayenge. Memorandum mein unhone ye bhi kaha ki Indore-Amritsar train ko hafta mein teen din chalaaya jaaye, Indore-New Delhi train (20957/58) ko daily chalaaya jaaye, Mahu-Fatehabad ke beech subah mein ek DEMU train shuru ki jaaye, Gwalior Express ko Neemuch tak badhaaya jaaye (train number 11125/26), aur Mangaliya aur Singapur Township ke paas ROB banane ki permission di jaaye.
