the incident occurred outside their jurisdiction, while the local police say it's a railway matter. Consequently, the woman's body remained inside an ambulance at the CHC for nearly two hours, with neither police station taking responsibility. The Sugauli Station House Officer (SHO) has confirmed it's a matter for the railway police, while the Railway SHO has stated the incident took place outside their jurisdiction.

ki yeh case unke jurisdiction se bahar hai, wohin local police bol rahi hai ki yeh railway ka matter hai. Is wajah se, lady ki body almost 2 hours tak Sugauli CHC mein ambulance mein padi rahi, aur dono police station apni zimmedari se bach rahe hain. Sugauli Station House Officer (SHO) ne confirm kiya hai ki yeh railway police ka matter hai, aur Railway SHO ne kaha hai ki yeh incident unke jurisdiction se bahar hua.
