The modernization involves widening roads, constructing lifts, escalators, and retail shops, as well as connecting Metro and bus stations. The project is being executed in three phases, with the first phase nearing completion despite the challenges of working within an operational train station. Other railway projects in Telangana include the modernization of Nampally station (Rs. 350 crore), Kazipet station, the Gatkesar-Yadadri MMTS line, and the upcoming Komuravelli railway station. Vande Bharat trains operating from Secunderabad have been popular, leading to a request for two additional trains.

station ko international airport ki tarah banaana hai. Isme roads ko bada karna, lifts, escalators aur shops banaane ke saath saath Metro aur bus stations ko bhi connect kiya ja raha hai. Yeh project teen phases mein chal raha hai aur pehla phase almost poora ho chuka hai. Iske saath hi, Telangana mein aur bhi railway projects chal rahe hain jaise ki Nampally station (Rs. 350 crore), Kazipet station, Gatkesar-Yadadri MMTS line aur aane wala Komuravelli railway station. Secunderabad se chalne wali Vande Bharat trains bahut popular ho gayi hain, isliye do aur trains ki maang ki gayi hai.
