is also being prepared and is expected to be ready in the next one or two months. Currently, trains operate on the 212 km rail section at a speed of 70-80 km/h, taking 4.5-5 hours to reach Bathinda from Ambala. But, with the complete doubling of the track, this journey will be completed in just three hours. This doubling will save passenger time and enable the operation of new trains like Vande Bharat and Shatabdi. It will make it easier for passengers to travel from Bathinda to Ambala and then to Delhi and other parts of the country. The project, costing ₹2500 crores, began in 2019. The Ambala-Rajpura rail section under the Ambala Rail Division is already double-tracked. The doubling project of the approximately 173 km rail section from Rajpura to Bathinda was prepared in 2019 with a budget of ₹2500 crores. Under this project, the laying of the railway track was carried out over a distance of 18.8 km between Rajpura and Daoukalan stations, which was commissioned for train movement on September 17, 2021. In the second phase, 28.80 km from Kulseri to Sekha was laid and commissioned on February 28, 2022. In the third phase, 8.35 km of track from Bathinda to Bathinda Cant Railway Station was commissioned on August 8, 2022. This was followed by the commissioning of 18.850 km of track from Kalseri to Nabha on January 28, 2023, 14.810 km of track from Bathinda Cant Railway Station to Lahra Muhabbat on March 24, 2023, 15.30 km of Sekha-Hadiyaya rail section on September 27, 2023, and now the Nabha-Dhablan-

Ambala-Bathinda rail section pe 100 ki speed se trains chalegi. Ambala division ne iske liye full preparation kar liya hai. 133 km track ka doubling ka kaam complete ho gaya hai. Nabha-Dhablan-Patiala ke beech ka 28.225 km section 28 January ko launch hoga. 30 km ka hissa bhi ready hone wala...

hai, next 1-2 months mein. Abhi 212 km section pe trains 70-80 km speed se chalti hain, Ambala se Bathinda tak 4.5-5 hours lagte hain. But, track doubling se journey just 3 hours mein complete hoga. Doubling se passengers ka time bachega aur Vande Bharat, Shatabdi jaise new trains chalaaye jaayenge. Isse passengers Bathinda se Ambala, aur phir Delhi aur country ke other parts tak easily travel kar payenge. Project 2500 crore ka hai, 2019 mein start hua tha. Ambala Rail Division ke under Ambala-Rajpura section pehle se double track hai. Rajpura se Bathinda tak 173 km ke section ka doubling project 2019 mein banaya gaya, 2500 crore budget ke saath.
