DHN-Allp extn to KCVL was earlier also proposed but not possible in existing TT. While 13351 towards KCVL is not an issue, it will be an issue for 13352 if extended to KCVL/TVC, it will have to leave TVC somewhere around 2am which is an odd time. That was the reason why it was rejected earlier. Tata-ERS extn to Allp is also a challenge as Allp stn doesnt have vacant stable lines. It will also have very little turnaround time before return journey.
