delays in reaching its destination, with similar delays occurring upon arrival at Chakradharpur. The train is scheduled to arrive at Chakradharpur at 10:40 pm but is regularly arriving 2-3 hours late. The Utkal Express delays are causing difficulties for passengers traveling to Tatanagar and Rourkela. Pawan Shankar Pandey, the former district vice-president of the BJP, has written to the Railway Minister requesting intervention to ensure these trains run on time, providing ease of travel for the local population. A copy of the letter has been sent to the Divisional Railway Manager in Chakradharpur.

pahunchne me kaafi delay hota hai. Chakradharpur pe bhi aise hi delay ho raha hai. Ye train raat 10:40 pe Chakradharpur pahunchti hai, lekin 2-3 ghante late aa rahi hai. Isse yaatri bahut pareshan hain. Utkal Express bhi roz-roz delay se chal rahi hai, jisse Tatanagar aur Rourkela jaane wale yaatriyo ko bahut dikkat ho rahi hai. BJP ke ex-district vice-president, Pawan Shankar Pandey, ne Railway Minister ko letter likh kar maang ki hai ki dono trains time se chalayein, taki local logon ko travel me aasani ho. Unhone letter ki copy Chakradharpur ke Divisional Railway Manager ko bhi bheji hai.

सबसे घटिया ट्रैफिक कण्ट्रोल CKP डिवीज़न का है। Super fast express भी घंटो लेट् रहती है। 130 कि रफ़्तार कागज मै है। लेकिन झारसुगुड़ा से राउरकेला के बिच 2घंटे लेट रहती है।
