As per irctc I came to know that 02874 YPR HWH is mentioned as AVAILABLE-0009 for SL

from booking ticket from IRCTC by myself is there any way to book through travel agent or can we book at station ?

Get down ,just go out of rly stn that's enough.
Wear mask while boarding ,on train ,or any where u go, keep sanitizer for your own safety regardless of place
