It should have also asked why Narkatiyaganj to Raxaul via Gokhula - Sikta - Bhelwa was not considered for railway electrification as the route is 20 kms less in compare to via sagauli.
As the Narkatiyaganj - Raxaul - Sitamarhi - Darbhanga - Samastipur route was best to be developed as double electrified route.
