Good decision to allot it to existing train. Any coaches lying idle in kerala is immediately taken by SR headquarters and difficult to get back. Has happened with few memu. Hence good decision to utilise existing lhb for some other train.
SR headquarters didnt even wait for some days. They immediately got the old ICF rakes to Chennai !!!

Then why SR officials announced that kerala express is getting LHB if they know it will take some time to allot LHB. They could have run those rake as some specials until the PCs arrive. Onam is also coming. There would be huge rush of passengers from Chennai and Bengaluru.
SR has enough coaches to run specials from Chennai. Bengaluru is in SWR's hands. Already one MAS-ERS special is running with LHB coaches. And dont worry.. LHB coaches are producing at a fast pace.
Till now most of the members say that giving LHB rake of kerala express to KCVL-SBC was wrong decision
